Let us come to you! Receive quality care in the comfort of your home. Are you early postpartum and not ready to venture outside of your house? Do you have multiple children and finding childcare is difficult? Or do you just feel the most comfortable at your home? We will provide the treatment table and tools needed for your session. Just provide a space large enough for the table and the therapist to be able to move around the table.
Virtual visits are offered to make life a little easier for you if you cannot leave your home for any particular reason; sickness, newly postpartum, weather, etc. Prepare a space to place your laptop/phone/tablet where we can get a full visual of what is necessary. You will stay clothed at all times. Patients' have made excellent progress with this form of treatment!
What are my options?

Initial Evaluation
First, you will schedule an initial evaluation. The initial evaluation will begin with getting to know your deepest "why", reviewing your past medical history, diving into your current concerns, performing a full body assessment, movement analysis, and discussing the results of these tests and measures. The evaluation is 50 minutes and we will formulate an individualized plan of care that best suits your needs.
2.
Follow-up Treatment
Follow-up treatment sessions will be based on the results of your Initial Evaluation, how you are feeling that day and how you responded to previous treatment. Each Follow-up session will be custom to you! Treatments may include: manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education and more, lasting 50 minutes.
